Olive Young, a multi-beauty retailer in South Korea, unveiled its first-ever innovation store, Olive Young N Seongsu, on Thursday, ahead of its official opening on Friday.
Olive Young N Seongsu, located in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, eastern Seoul, spans five floors and 4,600 square meters. It is the largest Olive Young store to date and includes a variety of experiential spaces designed to attract younger, global customers.
The store reflects Seongsu-dong’s reputation as a hotspot for young, international visitors, curating the latest K-beauty trends and maximizing offline experiences.
On the first floor, a pink birthday party table adorned with cake and dessert models celebrates Olive Young’s 25th anniversary.
Traditional product shelves have been replaced with displays featuring award-winning brands from the Olive Young Awards.
The second and third floors house the main shopping areas, with 12 specialized zones dedicated to categories like skincare and wellness, each designed to feel like standalone shops.
In addition to popular products, the store features over 160 new brands, including luxury names like Santa Maria Novella.
Catering to global customers, the store provides multilingual navigation, staff fluent in foreign languages, and includes electronic labels with product names displayed in English.
The second floor also features standout spaces like a makeup studio and touch-up bar near popular makeup brands such as Rom&nd.
Styled like a professional makeup salon, these areas offer complimentary makeup services by Olive Young’s beauty consultants for reservation holders, enhancing the experiential nature of the store.
