5월 네티즌 어워즈 3개 부문에서 1등과 2등이 교체된 것이다. 하루에 세개부문 1등이 거의 같은 시간에 교체된 케이스는 매우 드물다.

지난 10일, 5월 네티즌어워즈 남자연기상, 여자연기상, 드라마대상 부문의 1등이 교체됐다. 이날 교체의 특징은 디펜딩 챔피언을 제치고 등극했다는 것이다.

남자연기상은 눈물의 여왕 남주인 김수현이 10일 1위로 등극했다. 11일 오전 12시03분 현재 8311표를 득표하고 있다. 2위는 나인우이다.

여자연기상 부문에서도 대변환이 일어났다. 디펜딩 챔피언이던 이세영을 따돌리고 김지원이 부문 1위를 차지한 것이다. 김지원은 눈물의 여왕 여주로 김수현과 환상의 콤비를 이룬 바 있다.
