South Korean beer maker Oriental Brewery Co. will raise the ex-factory prices of its major beer products, including Cass and Hanmaek, by an average of 2.9 percent in April 2025.

“With the prolonged high exchange rates and soaring oil prices, the costs of various raw materials continue to rise, most of which are imports,” the company said.

Asahi Beer, which is distributed by LOTTE Asahi Liquor Co., also saw price hikes of up to 20 percent earlier this month.
