★ 나는 막연히 훌륭한 아무개(somebody)가 되기를 원했다. 구체적이었어야(be more specific) 했다는 걸 이제야 깨닫는다.

☞ “목표를 구체적으로 설정해야(specifically set up a goal) 뜻하는 결과에 더 가까이 다가갈(get closer to the intended outcome) 수 있다”는 얘기입니다.

★ 6개 글자가 들어간(contain six letters) 단어. 한 글자를 빼면 12가 남는다. 어떤 단어일까?

☞ 동쪽, 서쪽, 어디든 집이 가장 지내기 좋은 곳(the best place to be)이라는 뜻으로, ‘집만 한 곳이 없다(There’s no place like home)’는 말입니다.

It means that home is the best place to be, whether it’s located in the east or west. This is expressed by the saying, “There’s no place like home.”
