Lotte Wellfood Co. will release limited-edition products in February 2025 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of its iconic Ghana Chocolate, the confectioner announced on Wednesday.

The commemorative lineup includes five products: three featuring retro packaging designs from 1975, 1987, and 2002, and two with special 50th-anniversary designs. Each package will feature a “Ghana Happiness Mailbox” phone number, allowing consumers to access audiobooks, poems, and songs inspired by personal stories.

In addition to the special editions, the company also plans to air a television advertisement marking the milestone. It will also host a mini pop-up store in the Seongsu-dong neighborhood during the last weekend of November 2024.

“We are preparing a variety of marketing activities to celebrate Ghana Chocolate’s 50th anniversary,” the company said.
